OFFICER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (ODP) BATCH 21 The Officer Development Program (ODP) of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk is a recruitment process for officer-level positions. ODP employees will receive education and development programs to become young professionals equipped with both technical and non-technical competency training, as well as learning experiences through a rotation system across all Summarecon development areas. Purpose To prepare creative workers who understand the aspects of knowledge, skills, and work attitude in accordance with Summarecon standards. Advantages ODP employees receive guidance and support from experienced mentors. Comprehensive training covering both technical and non-technical competencies. Through a rotation system, ODP employees gain experience across various Summarecon business units. Qualifications for ODP Jabodetabek: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00. Open to fresh graduates from any major relevant to the company’s business needs. For experienced candidates: Maximum of 2 years of working experience. Willing to be placed in all Summarecon development areas. Participate in ODP development and rotation program. Qualifications for ODP Makassar: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00. Open to fresh graduates from any major relevant to the company’s business needs. For experienced candidates: Maximum of 2 years of working experience. Willing to be placed at development area Summarecon in Makassar. Committed to participating in the program rotation, which includes training in the Jabodetabek area for the first year and in the Makassar area for the second year.
