If you have experience in export-import logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you! 📍 Karawang, Jawa Barat, Indonesia Responsibilities: Participate in rotations across Finance functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of financial operations and business processes. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Support daily accounting and finance activities, including reconciliation and financial documentation. Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Participate in finance-related improvement projects and digitalization initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures. Complete structured training, mentoring sessions, and assignments as part of the Management Trainee program. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields. Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of working experience. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good understanding of accounting and financial principles. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to communicate in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
